Founder & Principal Learning Designer

Mari Jo founded Wave Learning Studio to give organizations a senior learning partner, not just a content vendor. With over 10 years in Learning & Development—including five years in instructional design and learning strategy—she has designed learning solutions for financial services, technology, education, and professional services organizations across the Philippines, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Cayman Islands. Her work combines strategy, instructional design, facilitation, and digital learning to turn complex information into learning experiences that people can understand, apply, and remember.

Ariel brings 12 years in learning and development, across corporate and BPO environments, to every Wave engagement. He partners closely with subject-matter experts to build training content, storyboards, job aids, and assessments — an Articulate 360 expert who moves fast without losing instructional integrity. His own practice is built on an idea we share: turning complexity into clarity, one learning experience at a time.
